Most smart locks are designed to fit standard Australian door prep (standard backset and bore). In most cases we can fit a smart lock to your existing door without any modifications. We confirm compatibility before quoting.
All smart locks include a mechanical key override. Most also support an external battery jump-start via USB or terminals on the outside of the lock. We show you exactly how this works at handover.
Yes — every smart lock we install includes a physical key override. You won't be locked out if the smart functions fail.
Yes — all work is carried out under Security Master Licence 000110626, issued by NSW Fair Trading. This licence is required in NSW for the installation of electronic security devices.

A standard single-door smart lock installation takes 30–60 minutes including programming and handover. Multi-door commercial installations are quoted separately.
